Social Fund 337 organises and finances training for workers under Joint Committee 337 (NSSO (ONSS/RSZ) indexes 139 & 032). Fund 337 is part of the non-profit association FeBi, which encompasses several social funds in the non-profit sector.

What does Fund 337 offer?

  • subsidy projects (available in English, Dutch and French): You can benefit from a subsidy from the Fund to cover the costs of organising a specific training for your workers with an external training provider or team caoching activities. 
  • a free training offer (only available in Dutch and French): Fund 337 organises and finances training for your sector. Your workers can benefit from free training in physical or virtual classrooms and webinars.
    Training courses in physical or virtual classrooms are listed in our catalogues. These catalogues offer over 450 training courses on various topics throughout Wallonia, Flanders and Brussels.
  • webinars (only available in Dutch and French): During our regularly held online webinars, experts broach various topics such as resilience, non-violent communication, stress, or collective intelligence. 
  • tools to assist you in managing your organisation and to help individual workers (only available in Dutch and French)
